May 2011-First prize with Mules at Hawes! 

It would be nice to be writing this headline in september after the mule gimmer lamb sale, but we will take it for now. We got first place with a pen of 5 mule hoggs with single lambs at foot at their Show and Sale of sheep and lambs.

February 2011- First and Two Seconds with Bluefaced Leicesters

At the Bentham In Lamb Sale we got First and Second with our Two Gimmer Shearlings and got second and Reserve Champion with our Gimmer Hogg.
The Overall Championship went to A.V. Caton- Otterburn Lodge with his
Gimmer Hogg.

First and Second at Rough Fell In Lamb Sale

We got First place with our Gimmer Hogg and Second place with our
Gimmer Shearling at the Annual Sale at Kendal Auction. Brian Knowles
won the Overall Championship with his Gimmer Shearling

January 2011- And the Champion is................Ian Cousin

David was the judge at the Bluefaced Leicester Female Show and Sale at Hawes Auction. He awarded the Championship Rosette to Ian Cousin with an excellent Gimmer Hogg. Messrs Lord were second in this class with the Kirkby Redgate Flock taking 3rd and 4th with two hoggs sired by A5 Gragareth, the full brother to our own A4 Gragareth.

December 2010 - 1st and 2nd with Mules at Hawes!

At the Christmas Show and Sale of Lambs at Hawes we got 1st and 2nd
with our two show pens of Mule wether lambs. We also got 1st Prize in the
Rough Fell Section of the show....
